Direct answer
What happens after a land-clearing request?
We check the parcel facts, service area, work type, contact details, authority, spam, and duplicates. An accepted request goes to one qualified independent provider at a time. We follow up with the landowner. If contact did not happen, we try the next qualified provider in order. The landowner checks the provider and chooses whether to proceed.
From request to provider contact
You provide the parcel and project facts. We check area, scope, contact details, authority, spam, and duplicates. If we accept the request, we send it to one qualified provider. We follow up with you. If contact did not happen, we try the next qualified provider, still one at a time.

During work and closeout
Before work, confirm limits, retained areas, access, utility-locate status, debris handling, payment, and change-order rules. At closeout, compare the written scope to the result and document unresolved items before final acceptance.
Use decision gates from first contact to closeout
Before a site review, confirm who is attending, what access is needed, and which records or marked limits should be available. Before signing, compare the proposal to the parcel brief and verify identity, insurance evidence, scope, exclusions, payment terms, change-order rules, property protection, and any project-specific qualifications.
Before work starts, confirm utility-locate status and any required authority decisions. At closeout, compare the result with the written limits, retained areas, debris plan, stump treatment, cleanup, and acceptance criteria. Record unresolved items before final acceptance or payment under the provider agreement.
Questions landowners ask
Does submitting a request hire a contractor?
No. It asks us to manage a one-provider-at-a-time referral. You decide whether to speak with or hire any provider.
Who is responsible for the proposal?
The independent provider. Verify identity, insurance, qualifications, scope, and terms directly.
How quickly will a provider respond?
No response time is promised. We follow up to check whether contact happened, but provider contact, a site visit, and proposal timing are not guaranteed.
