One request, one qualified provider at a time
When we accept a completed request, we send it to one qualified provider. We follow up to check whether contact happened. If it did not, we send the request to the next qualified provider, still one at a time and never as a group blast.

Verify before hiring
Confirm the provider’s identity, insurance, relevant experience, written scope, exclusions, payment terms, change-order rules, safety approach, and any project-specific qualifications. Confirm permits and property constraints with the proper authority.
The narrow limit
The managed referral is not an endorsement, warranty, or promise that contact will happen. The independent provider controls its pricing, timing, method, proposal, and work.
Questions landowners ask
Who performs the work?
Only an independently selected provider under a separate agreement with the landowner.
