01

1. You describe the parcel

The request form asks for location, area, vegetation, access, known constraints, desired result, timing, authority, and contact information.

02

2. We check the request

We check the service area, work type, timing, contact details, authority, spam, and duplicates. We do not route an unclear or ineligible request.

03

3. We manage one-provider routing and follow-up

An accepted request goes to one qualified independent provider at a time. We ask whether contact happened. If it did not, we move the referral to the next qualified provider, never a group blast. You choose whether to request a proposal, compare options, or hire.

Questions landowners ask

Is provider contact guaranteed?

No. We manage the referral and follow-up, but a provider may still not make contact.

Is a request sent to several providers at once?

No. An accepted request goes to one qualified provider at a time. If contact does not happen, it moves to the next qualified provider in order.
