Independent referral publisherWe help property owners describe a project and manage a referral to one qualified independent provider at a time. We follow up to check whether contact happened. If it did not, we send the request to the next qualified provider, still one at a time. We are not the contractor performing the work. Provider contact, price, schedule, and results are not guaranteed. Check the provider, property conditions, jurisdiction, and proposal for yourself.
01
Project contact
A project request needs permission for contact about that request. Optional SMS permission is separate and unchecked. Withdrawing SMS permission does not erase other lawful records or create permission for another channel.
Original planning diagram — not a survey, diagnosis, permit decision, or site plan.
02
Guide delivery
Guide-delivery information is purpose-limited. Requesting or downloading a guide does not create recurring-email consent, and this site does not present a monthly-email checkbox.
03
Analytics choices
Optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity measurement is separate from project contact, guide delivery, email, and SMS. Use the Analytics choices control in the footer to accept, decline, or revisit that choice.
Questions landowners ask
Can monthly marketing permission be inferred?
No. It requires separate affirmative consent and is not available here.
